On the first floor you will find the modern kitchen, the open plan living area, the wellness area and a guest toilet. On the second floor are 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is located in the basement. The outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy the local climate. It features an inviting infinity pool and a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.

Only 2 km from Opatija, the pearl of the Adriatic, and 18 km from Rijeka, after visiting this region, it will be hard to go home again. Lungomare is also a wonderful way to get to know the region. The 12 km long Lungomare coastal promenade is particularly popular with guests in Opatija. The promenade is 100 years old, romantic and relaxing, far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city.
