Charming penthouse, with views of the city (ideal for families)

Our penthouse is composed of 2 furnished rooms, (1 of them with 2 single beds and access to a private terrace, the other with a double bed), living room and bathroom.
We have just opened this August-19, kitchen with induction hob and sink, equipped with crockery, battery, cutlery and various utensils, all new.
It also has a microwave, family refrigerator, coffee maker with manual loading and toaster.
All located on the second floor of a detached house.
Our guests will have a key in each of the rooms to store their belongings and preserve their privacy.
All its spaces enjoy a lot of natural light and views of the entire city. Your windows have curtains to reduce this light at rest.
It is only 500 m away. from the town center, 42 km from the beach of Gandía and 90 km. approximately of the airports of Alicante and Valencia.

Note: The maximum stay at our property is 10 nights, in accordance with local regulations.
