Sheets on beds were dirty or stained. One bed was very broken down on one side. Sprinkler system was missing pieces and caked with dirt and dust. Bath tub did not drain during shower. Staff was not over friendly or helpful in the morning.

Big room, noisy connecting doors and hall can be heard in room, mirror over sink was barely enough light to see yourself. Nice shower, bed, air, modern closet and credenza, no real tv but you can sign into your accounts. Breakfast minimal and minimal seating. Coffee pot in room didn't work - told that it was to be left for asethigcs

Ok, my stay was fine and bed very comfortable... but the sheets had a large stain, remote did not work well, wear to the "wood" on side tables. I could not find a switch to turn on table lamps and had to ask....the switch was in the cord buried in a hole which was odd. I must say Mr G who checked me in was Cery friendly and accomidating, he derserves a big raise

Checked out early because we didn’t want to stay.

Dirt, debris and food under beds. No hand soap in room. Long check in process, other guests waited and walked away. No hair dryer in room. Not even one extra pillow available according to front desk ‘no sorry we have a full house’ room key didn’t work to pool area. Beds appeared clean. Floor by toilet not clean.

The staff was super! Friendly and helpful. Most comfortable bed I've had at a hotel! Had to knock off one star for no elevator. Stairs are hard on elderly people with health conditions. Overall, nice stay!
