The bathroom was terrible, it was basically a sink and toilet installed in a shower, the whole floor was a shower and it got wet every time the shower was used. Breakfast was delicious and the only highlight of the hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful. They didn’t offer to call me a taxi, the front desk agent told me to walk to the ship,and their Ipad that was supposed to do the taxi order, didn’t order a big enough taxi to take me , my party, and our luggage to the ship. People standing in line to check in lwere more helpful than the front desk staff.

Two days in a life on a visit to Bergen

The hotel was nice with a convenient location but our room was too warm and we were able to control the heat. The location was great and we could easily walk to shops, restaurants and the fish market. The staff were very friendly and we would stay there again when we visit Bergen.

Excellent location, close to all the tourist areas in town, restaurants, shops and squares, and the harbor where to take the mini cruise to the fjords. Walkable and safe location. Hotel very clean, breakfast was wonderful, bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Best location near the wharf, historic area

It's really fun to stay in in the historic wharf area of Bergen, with restaurants, shopping, museums and the fisherman's wharf area all around. It's also a short walk (about .3 miles?) to where you can take the funicular to the top of the mountain. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were very happy with our stay here.
