Large 8,000 sqft home less than 10 miles from EAA. Beds available for up to 20 people with couches and plenty of extra floor space for more if required. Located in a quiet / safe neighborhood. Family and children friendly home and area. 7 bed rooms. Total beds: 1 king, 5 queen, 4 twin, 1 pull out sofa, and 2 queen air mattresses if needed. 4.5 bath. Open concept main floor with large kitchen and dinning area. Outdoor patio with fire pit. Large office space with docking stations and extra monitors for laptops and a print/copier/fax machine.

Our home is well stocked with all necessities and modern luxuries including- bedding, towels, dishes/ kitchen essentials, coffee machine, smart tv’s in most rooms and living areas, gas fireplace, steam shower, washer and dryer. Large game room in the basement with ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Play set and large 2.1 acre yard.

Full Workout room with functional trainer, plate loaded machines, dumbbells, elliptical etc... Great neighborhood for walks with nature trails less than a mile away.

Just 5 minutes away from restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc...
