Spacious Ranch 4BR, 3fullBA in Elkhorn West Omaha Near Splash pad and Park.  Welcome to your Omaha getaway!   Located only 16 miles from the College World Series and 18 miles from the Henry Doorly Zoo.   This newly remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch home in Elkhorn West Omaha offers a bright and inviting atmosphere, ideal for families or groups seeking a fully loaded home. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood just steps from a splash park, playground, picnic pavilion, walking trail, and basketball court!   If you have younger children and need a Pack N Play, booster seat, highchair, or baby gate we will provide it, just let us know.  This home is designed for unforgettable memories.   Located only 1 mile from Flanagan fishing lake and scenic walking/running trail.  Single home with lots of space to spread out and large open living areas for everyone to gather together.  This house has two living room areas along with a game room with ping pong and fuse ball. All bedrooms come with TV 's, with Roku to sign into your streaming services.  The two living rooms each have a 75inch Roku Tv also.  If your cooking at home there is a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, baking dishes, hand mixers, crock pot, air fryer, and blender, even baggies, tupperware and foil! This property also has all the comforts of home;  extra blankets, pillows, portable fans in each bedroom and nightlights!There are four spacious bedrooms and three full baths with 3 showers and one bathtub. Three bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the main floor. The basement hosts the second living room area, the game room, a full bathroom and the fourth bedroom (with two queen beds). There are two outside, sitting areas, one on the deck and one on the backyard patio. The property also has a completely fenced backyard for the kids and dogs. Gas grill for summer bbq's along with grilling utensils.  *Patio furniture and fire pit are seasonal items and are stored during winter months November- Mid April . This property is less than 2 miles from Target, Walmart, Aldi, and multiple restaurants, bars, and gyms. Quick access to Village point shopping mall only 6 miles away. Multiple playgrounds are within 1 mile. 

Quick Note: Pet Policy: We're happy to welcome up to two dogs under 40lbs each. No other pets permitted. A pet fee of $75 per night applies.  Guest have access to the full house minus the garage and furnace room in addition to a full driveway parking.  Please call or text if you have any issues during your stay. This is an amazing home! 10/10! Everything was perfect and immaculately cleaned. The kitchen and baths were stocked extremely well. We enjoyed the pingpong table and the outdoor ladder golf. The home was lovely and the neighborhood was wonderful--the nearby park and splash pad was such a bonus too. The location was perfect for us and for anyone who wants to be in west Omaha. Julie was available for any questions, however it was such a wonderful stay, we didn't need a thing. Would definitely stay at this home again!

Our family travels to Omaha every 6 months to receive medical care at UNMC. This is the best property we have ever stayed in while in Omaha. The host was very accommodating and the home was perfect! The kitchen was better stocked than our home in MN. I would highly recommend this property. We definitely plan to stay here again.

We were so impressed with this property. Incredibly clean, Everything brand new and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay!! There were 7 of us staying here, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable!! Our host Julie was incredible to work with. She was over the top attentive and helped us with recommendations for places to dine and things to do in the area. This was a first class experience!!!!
