Location close to the airport. Airport shuttle not offered at certain times. The reception staff was very unfriendly. I booked a king size bed bedroom because I needed the extra space. When checking in I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel doesn’t offer that, that they also didn’t have a double queen BR, and that if I had a complain that I contact Expedia, because the hotel was not responsible for anything. The receptionist was very dismissive and not helpful in any way. I find that unacceptable service.

Stayed here two nights, one night on each end of a longer trip. Hotel is convenient to airport, and the shuttle service was much appreciated. First night we had to leave for airport before breakfast hours. Second night we had breakfast in morning— offerings were limited.

Our room was full of dog hair on the floor. The blanket had stains and was hair on the sheets. Last time i was there was better but this time the rooms we had were not so clean.

Front desk staff was rude af. The Expedia listing says shuttle runs til 1AM which is why I booked here because our flight arrived at 11:10 PM and if it was late I wanted peace of mind we'd still be able to get a late shuttle to the hotel, but front desk dude informed us it stops at midnight and when I stated Expedia says 1 he said "you're not staying at Expedia." When we returned from our trip and needed the shuttle back to the hotel to our car, the ahole on the phone was even ruder. He had an accent, spoke fast, and was hard to hear while in a noisy airport. I asked him to repeat the pickup instructions and he seemed very annoyed to have to repeat his mushmouth self, and after he did I attempted to say "thank you" but he hung up on me before I got to the "you" of thank you. Sunday, February 16 at 11PM. Dude should be fired for his aholeness. Hire someone who we can understand and is patient enough to speak clearly to callers in a noisy airport. The shuttle driver lady was super nice however.
