I LOVED the vibe of the room. However, the lighting in the room was horrible. Especially since I had to do meetings in the am for work. The most disturbing part was my final bill. $118 room booking resulted in a $178 charge. The fees were absurd. These should be known upfront. As well as parking fees/options. Very disappointed.

Booked with this hotel because it had airport shuttle. No driver so I had to take a cab. Expense won’t be reimbursed. They advertised drink specials at the bar and then did not have what was needed to make the drink. No WiFi instructions and hotel name on WiFi connection would not let you on. Had to go to front desk to get WiFi. Arrived In evening and no one at counter or bar could recommend a place to eat. When they did suggest it turned out that place was under construction. Had to walk 4 more blocks to find anything. I paid equivalent of 20 dollars for a breakfast to be included. Served until 10:00. I showed up at 9 and was told there were no more breakfast sandwiches however everything else I tried to order was also not available. Asked for cream in my coffee and ended up getting cream with very little coffee. I was allowed one choice and a drink. Both combined didn’t come close to the 20 dollars I paid for the breakfast. I could have paid for it directly and saved 6 dollars. Clock had not been re set for daylight savings change so when I woke and saw time on clock I panicked. Not an ideal way to wake up. TV hung at such a slant that it was hard to watch it, very distracting. Not such a good experience and would not recommend.
