This was really an eye opening for me I was Treated with Racism and no compassion for the. Disabled and. Then the app. Controlled by expedia. Is apart of the one who's staff was. Inconsiderate and. laughed at because I'm disabled by staff and then also the hotel before they. Tried. To cheat me out of the money their. Way It was thru your. Company I requested a refund on this app for the Non stay and having to Leave the State I was visiting.. Because the Hotels. We're attacking my race my finances and you know I didn't even stay for this stay. And. I ask for a refund and tell you a few other things your app did to me All I want is My Refund from the May 3rd -.4th.Stay.at the last Hotel. I booked. In Lincoln. Nebraska a Full. Refund And I've contacted representation/A Lawyer. For. The other part to be Settled in court Only

Would stay again

Clean and comfortable bed. I was able to get a room with roll in shower for my husband. He commented that while it was nice to have a seat, regular shower head or shower hand spray, it didn’t make sense that the soap, shampoo and conditioner were on the other side of the shower. No big deal unless you are handicapped. Overall I would stay here again. Close to several places to eat.

We were very disappointed there is no hot tub, when the site i booked the hotel said there was a hot tub present at this location
