We were in Omaha for the Keith Urban concert. We had a Lyft ride to concert, but realized it was an easy walk back to hotel. Some construction in the area, but not noisy for sleeping or wake up. Very nice property and the suite was excellent and comfortable.

Don’t waste your time

Stay was okay, once we got in. Had an event and tried to check in early and they didn’t have a room ready, I understood. However, check-in time is 3pm and I was told (and everyone else checking in) around 3:20 that no rooms were ready. It’s just unacceptable. Was told to wait and that they’d let me know when that was, no ETA. Ended up waiting until after 4pm after following up. Room was okay, found a toenail clipping on the floor so cleanliness and service are not their first priority. I’ve never once had this happen at another hotel amongst many stays and we were lucky we had extra time, others do not. I would not recommend this hotel and won’t stay again. I was hoping there would be some sort of refund (fully paid up-front for the room) or parking reimbursement but that didn’t happen. Disappointing

Our stay was good they did not have our room ready so they gave us an upgrade. I really didn’t need 2 beds and a pullout I wanted 1 king but it was ok. The traffic at night was loud sounded like drag racing going on? I don’t know how they could change that other than calling police? Breakfast was good. Thank you!

Check in was a little rough, they couldn't find our reservation. But the staff was friendly and finally found it from my Expedia email. Overall ot was a great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, nice variety for breakfast. I didn’t realize parking was $15 a night and parking stalls were close to each other. Also I had a hard time finding a parking spot the first night.

Property was nice enough. Room was a nice size for a solo traveler. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The only problem was that my room was never cleaned and I stayed for three nights. I told the desk, they said they only cleaned every other day and that I my room would be cleaned on day two. It wasn’t. Staff was nice and breakfast was fine hotel appropriate.

Myself, along with quite a few other guests, had major issues with the keycards to the rooms not working. It would flash green and you could hear the lock move internally but the door would not open... after some time, the light would change to red and I had to go back to the front desk for new keys. HIGHLY irritating. Otherwise; an ok stay.
