The inn was hard to find as it was tucked back amongst office buildings. The bathroom had an odd odor, the shower area looked horrible and in need of some grout work. The tv remote was broken but did work. Floorboards were worn and curtains dirty. The bed sheets at least were clean. Would not recommend.

Extremely outdated. The ceiling paint even was hanging in my room. Smells awful. Would not recommend. Absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life.

This motel was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival I found the lobby to be shabby and smelly. The elevator, was at most 6 feet wide, smelled musty, was covered in wood paneling and you could see where they had cut open the wall and put in an elevator. The first room we were assigned was locked from the inside. When we told the man at the front desk he, without words, took our first set of keys and handed us another set of room keys to a different room. Supposedly a suite…. The front room had An old couch and a chair and the hardware for a tv, but no tv. The bed had stained sheets and there was trash left under the sink area. The bed was uncomfortable with a very small “supposed” queen mattress. The refrigerator made noises all night and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

Staff was nice which is why I gave 2 stars. The hotel itself is very poorly kept. The room was very dirty and didn’t even seem to be cleaned before we stayed. Floor probably has never been swept or mopped. The ceiling seemed like it had mold on it. You get what you pay for honestly, but I would just save your money and stay somewhere else.

The property was not what the pictures were indicating and it was almost impossible to find. I paid 282.00 U. S. Dollars for a night stay. Tonight im paying 72.00 U.S. dollars for a 90% bigger and cleaner and centrally located room in Kansas City. MY ADVICE NEVER BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA, THEY LIE AND I WAS ASTONISH3D ABOUT THE BLANT LIES. I WILL SAY THIS, THE MAN AT THE DESK IS A VERY COURTEOUS AND WONDERFUL SOUL. PLEASE, KIND PEOPLE, ILL BE HONEST. EXPEDIA IS NOT THE SIGHT TO USE. LOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL BE HAPPY AND HAPPY GOOD, EXPEDIA BAD.

Highly recommend anywhere else!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in the USA. Ibwish I would have taken pictures. No fire alarm it was half installed, packing tape around the window full of bugs. One comforter on one bed and the other had a thin cover for a comforter but no comforter. The sheets were thread bare and you could see through them in several places. 3 small squarish lumpy pillows. Checked for bed bugs none, that was a positive and the TV worked, although no guide. Slept ontop of the bed in our clothes. Floors were old carpet and filthy kept shoes on until in bed. Site said newly renovated, maybe in 1980. Will NEVER stay there again. Gross!!

We were able to check in quickly which was nice but when we got in our room the bed sheets had stains and holes in them. There was also left over food from the previous occupant in the refrigerator. No one came in to clean the room or even refresh the towels. The toilet was wobbly and would occasionally bubble on its own.

Liked looks of out side needs new paving tho inside everything in room felt sticky. Carpet was dirty ,windows were dirty ,breakfast no eggs had to go else where. 118.oo thursday was 282.00 dollars but because of all problems they gave us118.00 off kind of cheated themselve because of laziness.

Checking in and the lobby were fine. Our rooms bathroom door was off the hinges, and we got a jacuzzi room to aid in relaxation. The jakuzzi did not work and had mold around the faucet. We paid a lot more money for this room and it was a disappointment. The elevator smelled like something was burning.and the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were rubbery and left me feeling ill after eating it.

It was cheap but floor was sticky, broken tiles in bathroom, no comforter on bed. Front desk said they didnt have any. This use to be a best western. Its now just so gross.
