These two historic across the hall lofts offer over a combined 2400 square feet located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. The spaces feature modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
You'll have access to two lofts (313 and 315) across the hall from one another - each with their own private entrance. Loft 313 features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a sleeper sofa - while loft 315 features 2 bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms for a combined total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In each bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
There are two full kitchens in each loft, with solid surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available nearby. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
Loft 313 is an ADA, Handicapped accessible unit. The Old Market is an urban downtown area, as such it can be loud at this loft, which faces a primary street, especially on the weekends. If you're noise adverse you may want to consider one of our other lofts that doesn't face this primary thoroughfare.
