Will be nice if they ever finish construction

This hotel was ok, prob will be great once renovations are done. Not sure when that will be since there is a stop work order posted on door. Exterior work being done w/permit. Interior was nice, room comfy. But no coffee as coffee maker broke, not sure why they haven’t bought new one. Furniture in lobby and dining room was dilapidated, need replacement. Laundry, fitness center, office center and hot tub all off limits during renovation, nice planet fitness down the road. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was ok. Overall I’d stay here again in a year or so, see what they do with the place,

The property is under restoration and we were disappointed that most of the amenities weren’t available. However, your staff is an added bonus. Justin at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The breakfast staff is also very polite and welcoming. Thank you

I am really disappointed we flew in from Ohio on Saturday the 30th. We drove down and checked in. At first we ignored the stop work orders posted on the door checked in and went about our day. When we get in the elevator we also looked the other way when we see that the inspection had been expired in 2024. The missing ceiling panels we figured was due to the construction. We were tired 4 of us my son 17 my fiancée myself and my fiance mom we all fell asleep and woke up to my mother in law Saying she had no hot water we checked also no hot water. The front seat lady said no water till Tuesday we wasn't supposed to check out until Wednesday. She stated she couldn't do anything about it we asked for a refund because who can go 3 days in a hotel with no showers?????? So we packed our things and left and they still refuse us our money back $1,300

The amazingness of the room cannot be seen from the outside of the hotel, the lobby, or the elevator. We were surprisingly shocked at our beautifully remodeled room. Our room was wonderful and clean and new looking, but that is not true for the rest of the hotel. The gym and hot tub were not available. Housekeeping services were not received even when asked for. great breakfast!

Slows the go and kills the vibe!

Don't let the rating confuse you because I'm sure that rating came before the unfinished remodel or the rating came from guests who didn't stay long enough to notice the long-term scam going on with their unfinished remodel that most likely is the result of poor management. It was hard to accurately provide a rating when there's potential and good employees, but overall I'm upset that I paid what I paid and that this hotel bears the name of a Wyndham property! The spa was down the entire time with allegations that the hotel is waiting on a part, but off the books insiders claim the hotel doesn't want to pay the price! It's the same excuse for the elevator not working- part is too expensive. The other elevator was slow, stopped functioning, entrapped guests, and required the fire department to visit more than once. The only working ice machine was on the first floor! Construction was unfinished and strewn throughout the property with equipment and trash consuming legally designated handicapped parking spots. Newly installed windows were cracked and furniture and vacuum cleaners were going out the back door to local tweakers who hang out locally! Vending machines haven't been filled in what looks like years! Follow the journey on Google and most social media for an even better review, including live video and more pictures!

Don’t stay here!

Our last day, there was no hot water and we were not able to shower. Our entire stay the ice maker was broken on our floor (3rd) and we had to go to the first floor to get ice. Their continental breakfast was lousy and their coffee maker was also broken. There was also no work out room available. I would like our money back for especially the last day we stayed. Could have done better at Motel 6! They need new management or something. Prior stays were really good. This stay was very disappointing. Again, would like a refund.

Not Safe to Stay at Right Now.

This property is not in an adequate condition for more than an overnight stay. Although our room was nicely appointed with new carpeting, new bedding, and new furnishings, it lacked a necessity that all U.S. motels and hotels have ~ hot water. Our bathroom and shower had no hot water for our entire stay. It was cold shaves and cold showers for me and my whole Family. We were not advised of this at check-in and none of the staff provided an update the following day. Our stay was for only two days and rates at nearby hotels/ motels were more than twice the rate we were paying. My Wife and I decided we would stay and endure it. At check-out, the front desk clerk took my name, room number, and phone number and told me that he had identified all of the guests impacted by this and was to speak with the general manager today. I purposely delayed posting this review to allow the GM time to contact me today (as I had requested). No contact at all. Very disappointing. The rest of the staff were very helpful and should be commended for the effort they made trying to make my Family and other guests welcomed. I should also mention that more than half of this building is under remodeling. HOWEVER, there is a STOP WORK NOTICE posted by Bellevue's Planning Dept at the front entrance. Not sure whether this is related to the mechanical issues that the property is experiencing. My recommendation would be to consider this property in about six months, when they have it put together

No ice, no hot water on our room, sketchy cable, no phone in room, no table to sit at, fridge feel apart each time it opened, and took overnight to cool off a bottle of water, hot tub not working, leak in the ceiling in reception room. This hotel was bought out and is in a state of disrepair. The front staff were rude, called my son a liar. We only stayed there because we didn't have the funds to go elsewhere. Will NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

After playing 4 softball games we went to check in. When we checked in a guest mentioned she had no hot water in her room when she tried taking a shower, the employee mentioned he would call a plumber. We passed on the showers that night wanting to give time in order to have a hot shower. Come the next morning hop in shower. No hot water. Very disappointed not being able to have a hot shower. Of course let the front counter employee know we didnt have hot water in room 332. Its a little ridiculous selling out a hotel on Labor Day weekend and not providing your guests with hot water could've booked the Best Western down the road and had a better experience. Most likely will not book this hotel when playing ball in Lacey again, a lot of softball players were rightfully upset Sunday morning at the ball fields. Its also sad whoever is in charge of that hotel left their employees there to deal with upset guests when they knew they had a problem with no recourse for employees to take.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past, but this time I was very disappointed, construction going on, half of the amenities were unavailable, I was only told about the hot tub, how do you have breakfast without coffee ? Several other things that wasn't informed of just very disappointed may find other options next time especially since there are many other options nearby
