The only reason I gave a 4 is in the photos of the room I got it showed 2 TVs but our room only had one which was an inconvenience for my children! Other than that everything was great!

Very disappointed and left after seeing my room. The floors were beyond filthy. Hallway and elevator was so dirty. I can’t begin to talk about the bathroom that appeared to have flooded at some point because the water stains and whatever was behind the wall was smelling. The staff was kind and apologized but that was not enough for me to forget the experience.

Great Place for Family

Pool and hot tub were great! The breakfast was buffet style but still had a waitress! Staff were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn't even fix breakfast because the kitchen staff and the manager were rude walking all over us trying to monitor what were putting on our plate and then, the manager took a cup out of my hand because I needed something with a lid while driving.if we paid to stay there and you clearly seen that we were getting something to eat while we were heading out like whats the big deal? that was too much this morning

Horrible stay

The front desk person was very confused and didn't know what she was doing. I was overcharged! Thanks to Expedia i got my money back. They didn't have clean towels. The hall floors were disgusting. The pool was dirty. I've stayed here several times but this time was worse! I will never stay here again!
