Sorry I didn’t take pictures. I really should have.Not the place I booked. Sort of last minute, I was told it was just as nice and price matched. It will cost me a lot more money! It was NOT new renovated (like the other place). Beat up, needed clean up, they were chasing raccoons at 10:30 at night (not helping my 85 yr old mom). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Except for one day, we took our dog with us. TShe hat day I walked her 5 times.Bathroom sinks were backwards (hot/cold). Ceiling in disrepair, the walls were dingy, light was low. Never again with this group!

Doesn't sleep 10... no ladders for bunk beds, 4 of the six kitchen chairs unsafe to sit in,3 frying pans not one fit to use (went and bought 1)remotes didn't work for TV, no extra blankets, not enough bath towels, plastic container for towels cracked,shower curtain missing hooks so the shower curtain sagged, caulking in tub had mold, ceiling opened, was told 3 parking spaces and then was told 1 vehicle had to be parked on the street.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was comfortable and great proximity to the beach and pier. Within a short walk to beach and about 10 min walk to pier.

Parking was supposed to be 3 spaces, difficult with the layout of driveway to rear access. Grill was dirty, had the maintenance deliver us a fresh propane tank because one on site was empty. Kitchen table was dirty, some dust in various places, kitchen table chairs had multiple broken, closet in hall had a terrible odor. Some outlets didnt fully function(only one would work)Temperature was comfortable, 3 air conditioners can be used. Light out in the refrigerator. 12 minute walk to arcades/rides/food.

Overnight stay

We stayed overnight while traveling to funtown for the day and enjoyed it very much. The house was plenty of room for all of us and the location made it wonderful to be able to take a short walk and be right in the heart of OOB and the shops and restaurants.

Points négatifs: -planchers et tables sales -air climatisé manquante dans deux chambres -air climatisé dans une chambre faisait sauter le braker -lumières de lampes presque toutes brûlées -stores fenêtre tous brisés -ustensiles (couteaux manquants) -vraiment pas assez grand pour 9 personnes -produits nettoyants manquants -pas assez de papiers de toilette -pas équipé en table et BBQ à l’extérieur pour le nombre de personnes habitant dans le bâtiment -manque de stationnement adéquat pour le nombre de locataires -proprio est passé dans le stationnement et pas venu nous voir pour savoir si tout allait bien -beaucoup trop cher pour cette place, non recommandé Point positif: pas très loin de la plage et endroit tranquille
