Interior Description

The apartment includes a living area with sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, and kitchenware. The sleeping area features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with LED TV. Wi-Fi is available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st.

Payments and Security Deposit

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) is charged based on actual usage at the end of the stay.



• A security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card upon arrival (card must be present and in the name of the guest).



• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).



• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover expenses.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking Details

• Klodge properties are private homes rented for tourist purposes under Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Sardegna.



• As private residences, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.



• Klodge is a professional real estate agency specializing in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

• After booking, guests are required to complete an online check-in (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).



• Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.



• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the correct bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
