The staff was very accommodating and spoke English which was very helpful. There were about 20 marble stairs up to our room that weren’t mentioned in the description. Thankfully an attendant was able to help us with our heavy bags. The parking in front of the hotel was a tight squeeze although much better than our other experiences in the older parts of cities in Sardinia. The spa was lovely although I was unable to reach anyone via phone or internet prior to arriving. If you want your choice of treatments at specific times I recommend calling them and booking in advance.

Great central stay. Walkable to lots of dining/cocktail options. Very comfy beds, great A/C, lots of choices for breakfast, very friendly/accommodating staff. A lovely start to our Italian holiday.

Ethical and relaxing ambience. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Access to water dispensers close by. Close to town centre and good local transport connections to the airport, Palau and Santa Teresa. Room was, however, small with a non-usable unfurnished balcony and was a disappointing 3 star experience.

Très bon accueil de notre langue d’origine, par contre à mes yeux, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel quatre étoiles. Chambre à la décoration vieillissante, petit déjeuner très classique avec peu de choix. Prenez note que l’accès à la piscine est payant 20 € par personne et par jour. Nous avons été réveillés deux fois la même matinée par les femmes de chambre qui essayaient de rentrer. Il était 8h du matin. J’ai demandé un fer à repasser, il n’est jamais arrivé. Enfin, la literie mériterait d’être changée.

10:00 am check out time was too early. Bed was comfortable, nice shower but the smart room was just too cramped. Also, hallways outside the hotel room were echoey and extremely noisy. Fellow guests woke us up several times by rolling their luggage down the hall or even just closing doors.

This hotel felt more like a one or two star property and definitely not worth the price It is very old and only offers the basics an old bed and outdated AC Everything else reminded me of a cheap Motel 6 in the US There is no 24 hour reception which became a serious issue I had an early flight and the front door was locked I almost had to force it open to leave The receptionist showed zero sense of customer service When my wife asked about breakfast she was told it starts at 7am Since we were checking out early the receptionist insisted we pay in advance I agreed but then at almost midnight when I was already in bed for a 5am wake up she called the room saying the card was declined even though I had a confirmation on my app I asked to pay in the morning but she insisted it had to be right then She ran the card again and charged an extra 10 euros by mistake I had to go downstairs to fix it She refunded and charged the correct amount but the whole situation was a mess and felt completely disrespectful as a guest The room had spiders and ants The spa costs 25 euros per hour I tried the sauna but it was not even hot and the jacuzzi water was cold What a joke I would never come back here and I strongly suggest you avoid this place if you want a decent stay
