Room is clean but full of cigarette smell. Common area is nice and the host let us leave our luggages for a few hours in the flat.

Attention

The place is fine (though annoying to find). More important: I was bitten by a spider when sleeping. It's poisonous and I had to seek medical care. This room must be checked thoroughly.

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la ville d'Olbia. A proximité des magasins, du centre ville et des restaurants. Le logement est très propre et grand. Une pièce principale avec cuisine à partager. Une chambre de taille suffisante avec une salle de bain privative. Je recommande.

Chambre moderne et confortable avec petit balcon. La guest house dispose d'une cuisine commune avec réfrigérateur, cafetière, et tout l'équipement nécessaire. L'accès à l'hôtel est très bien organisé.

Pienamente soddisfatti

Siamo stati al NG Guest House Olbia per pochi giorni. Check-in contactless, perfetto per questo periodo. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, ma leggermente impolverata. Manca una zanzariera in modo tale da poter tenere la porta finestra aperta la notte. L'armadio è grande e dispone di appendiabiti, cuscini in più e coperte. Purtroppo la rete del materasso era rotta quindi sedendoci a letto avevamo la sensazione di sprofondare.Il bagno ha una doccia spaziosa e funzionale.Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina in comune , ma anche essa è molto spaziosa e ordinata. Piccolo frigorifero in comune, macchina del caffè con capsule. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Olbia. WiFi gratuito perfettamente funzionante. Birre di benvenuto graditissime!

Good Price / New

The room was new, the kitchen was new, everything was perfect. We stayed one night. The best detail was a Welcome Beer "Ichnusa Non Filtrado" (also two bottles of water in the common fridge).

Super saubere und moderne Unterkunft im Stadtzentrum. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und konnte englisch (nicht so wie die anderen Italiener ;) ). Bei regnerischen Tagen kann man entspannt Netflix schauen! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
