I like this place bc it’s several notches above what you’d expect for its room rates. It’s on par with a Hampton Inn even though the price is about what you’d pay for Knight's Iinn or Motel 6 and those places can be dodgy and just a not-so-nice.

The lighting was mostly at the bed area. I understand that the jetted tub still works and saves money. it would have been a fun experience if it was updated. For that coffee wise in the room, the dripper was not there for me to place the coffee filter provided in the room

The room said it was handicaped, it wasn't. I'm in a wheelchair and there were no grab bars at all in the bathroom. The pool, hot tub and sauna weren't working either. It was very disapointing.

Room had a awful smell, found a roach crawling on the door, got charged the deposit twice for a already booked 2 day stay, internet didn’t work properly until the day we checked out, hot tub was broken, pool was cold and dirty, breakfast was cold and very limited, and overall awful experience.

It's a nice, quiet property. Staff is always cleaning. Room was comfortable and clean. One thing that I will mention, it reeked of marijuanna in and near the elevators. So much so I think I was getting high just going back and forth. I was also worried it would make my clothes smell. Again, the room was very clean. It was just the area around the elevators that were pretty tough to handle. I'd stay again, fo sure, ut I might ask for a first floor room next time.

Initially, I rented the room for one night but when I went to extend my stay for another night I was told that I had to leave immediately because I was on the DNR (Do Not Rent) list and that I shouldn’t have been allowed to stay the first night. I asked the front desk employee when, why, and how was I placed on this list and they had no answers for me. All they could tell me was that I was on the list and needed to leave immediately. I asked if I could have some time to get packed up and find a room and they flat out told me no. I had no more than 10 minutes to leave the property and then the police would be called. VERY VERY VERY disappointed!!

The rooms are nice but had a smell in the room that wasn't pleasant had to keep spraying air freshener. The you only get 2 towels per room and when you ask staff for extra they will tell you to bring the towels you have already before they issue you more

Place was not good, the spa was under maintenance. The hot tub was drained and broke down. The plug ins and remote did not work. The place smelled like marijuana. They ran out of breakfast before the end time. Room was dirty. I normally do not leave reviews, we are grateful we had a place to sleep that was warm. But we chose this place for the amenities for a Christmas experience for my daughters and it was disappointing. The manager wasn’t there he/she left before we arrived at 4pm and was t available this morning before check out

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It has gone down majorly! The room we got was very run down. The refrigerator didn't cool. The microwave smelled burnt when we used it. The curtains were dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. One towel was dirty and one was old with holes. The worst part was that there were roaches in the bathroom.
