Very good price very comfortable bed I did see two roaches. was old and rough towels. Very nice for the price. I would stay there again. Sofa couch need to be thrown in the garbage

Booked and paid for my stay through Expedia. Upon arrival I was denied checking in as they said Expedia hadn’t paid for it. Staff made me call Expedia to fix it and refused to help sort it out. I had to double pay for the entire stay and still haven’t received a refund from Expedia or the hotel for it

inconciente . I had done the online check in even paid the fee and still needed to do it all again upon arrival . plus an addition fee that I was unaware of. they have a new policy about towels she mentioned when I said I had supper small towels in my bathroom . Had no carts to haul bags when I got to the room one of lamps didn't work the tv was buffering the whole time and the control didn't have the back battery cover. the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the toilet took at least 45 min to fill the tank.just an old property

The hotel was not clean. Outside doors were not secured; anyone could enter the building without needing a key. The shower fixtures were not secured and the spout to the tub had to be turned sideways and pulled out from the wall in order for the water to come out of the showerhead. The water also did not get very warm. The hot tub did not work, and there was nothing posted on the site about it being out of order. The hotel did not offer pool towels in the pool area. Instead, guests are expected to take their room towels and turn them in for new towels. Hotel staff claimed this was due to people stealing pool towels. Staff also waited in the office area with headphones in for twenty minutes with a long line of customers at the counter. Marijuana could be smelled throughout the entire hotel.

Room was subpar, basic items were missing such as lightbulbs, no wash cloths, lamps not plugged in, 2 tvs in the room, 1 tv working, even though there were 2 AC units in the room only 1 unit worked. Mini Fridge had freezer door missing, temperature control knob missing. Table in this room was missing a chair. This room was highly neglected by the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff. This room was supposed to be the best room in the hotel, it wasnt even close. And mind you, the hotel policy of calling the front desk before 11am to receive Housekeeping services is very unsatisfactory. I would like a refund of my money. My room was soooo subpar, that i checked out of my room 14 hours before checkout time. Also, i pre checked into the hotel 24 hours before arrival submitting my Drivers License and completing my vehicle information only to be asked for the same information upon check-in. I had a horrible experience, when i checked out, i asked the front desk clerk to have the Manager contact me, no one ever did.

The pool felt warm but was so cloudy, we couldn't see the bottom step so we decided not to swim. Hot tub broken. Room had no towels or washcloths. Saw 2 cockroachs as we were getting ready to leave. If we had seen them when we checked in, we would have left. Desk was not cleaned it was sticky and had fingerprints. Staff was nice and shuttle was on time and good but he was a bit reluctant because he had another reservation for half hour later so we woke him up.

Room and hall smelled , the pull out sofa bed was old and broken down . Had to wait 15 min at the front desk for towels and bedding for sofe bed then was only given one towel and a bath mat no wash clothes or hand towels were told if we wanted more towels had to come back down. With all the choices in that area I will never choose to stay at this hotel again.

It was horrendous. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana, and there was only one person working the desk and in charge of the whole hotel. The pool was disgusting and filthy, the hot tub was not working and had bugs in the bottom. Our hotel bathroom was dirty along with stains on the bedding, mold all over the ac unit, sticky carpet. The list never ends.
