The pull out bed was so bad , I had to rent another room for my son. The ceiling leaks. Was there 3 days an never had either room cleaned or asked if we needed more towels or anything. A they didn’t return the 50$ deposits for the room keys . Even though I return both.

THE ROOM WE CHECKED INTO HAD A COUCH THAT WAS FILTHY WITH STAINS EVERYWHERE. THE WOODEN TABLES WERE ALL DIRTY AND DUSTY, THE HEADBOARD WAS DIRTY WITH STAINS. THE BATHROOM WALLS WERE PEELING AND HAD TOILET PAPER LEFT FROM THE LAST GUEST AND ANOTHER ROLL THAT WASN'T EVEN FULL. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM THAT HAD A BETTER COUCH BUT WE STILL ASKED FOR COVER TO PUT OVER IT BEFORE SITTING ON IT, THE WOOD WAS STILL NOT CLEANED WELL, THE WHOLE COVER FELL OFF OF THE AIR CONDITIONER AND HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM WITH THE BATHROOM TOILET PAPER ONLY THIS TIME 1 HALF USED ROLL ONLY AND PAPER PEELING OFF OF THE WALLS. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS PITIFUL, HARDLY ANYTHING AT ALL, NO FRUIT AND THE EGGS WERE ROUND, FLAT AND HORRIBLE. I HAVE USED THIS HOTEL BEFORE AND IT WASN'T LIKE THAT BUT WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. THEY NEED SOME MAJOR UPGRADES.

A little scary

The hotel was in really poor shape. The couch was torn up and threadbare. I wouldn't even consider sitting on it. I was there less than 12 hours and someone got stuck in the elevator, which smelled like burning electrical wires and rattled excessively like it was about to come apart. What seemed like half the fire department was there trying to get them out at 4am. I went down for the airport shuttle at 4am and the other person waiting stated she had asked for a wake-up call and never got it, presumable because there was only one employee there, running the front, dealing with the crisis and driving the shuttle. The parking lot was littered with garbage.

Pass on this one.

The couch in our room was so dirty we get we could neither sit on it nor place our stuff on it. The pillows were lumpy and small. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was clean. The curtains were too short for the window so the light outside the window could not be blocked. The veiled curtain was dirty…had stains on it. It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. We didn’t dare eat the free breakfast imagining the kitchen to be as bad as the room.

Stingy management. I stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes only to find someone finally come out from the back while still looking at their phone. They will hound you down for checking in “late” and make you pay “cash” for a “late check in”. They only give ONE COUPON for free breakfast and you must stay and eat in the hotel dining area. Stingy about extra towels/ amenities. Our bathroom was dirty and moldy. Carpet is disgusting. Elevator smelt dirty.

The inside of the hotel is humid and the pool is green, with hairs floating in it. The line to the phone in the rooms were cut and we asked for conjoining rooms but they gave us rooms across from each other. Which is fine but we didn't want to disturb everyone's peace from constantly opening and closing each other's doors. The fire alarm went off but no explanation as to why? Overall not the worst stay I've had but they could do better.

We ended up demanding a refund and leaving because when we checked in and got up to the room they assigned us, it had obviously NOT been cleaned from the previous tenants. There were old to-go food containers and drinks still sitting all around, and the bed was unmade. The entire hotel smelled musty and like cigarrettes. They tried to just give us a different room but we insisted on getting a refund and leaving. It has now been 4 days since the incident and I am still waiting for the funds to be put back into my bank account.
