The hotel was surprisingly quiet, even though it's located by a shopping center. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at check in and check out were friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were first given keys to a dirty room, then got a call at 7:30PM saying my toddler was being too loud (we had just gotten in from a 2 hour car ride and there were fire trucks and cops outside the window—he was excited). This morning before checking out, we discovered dirty underwear under the bathroom vanity. There also was hardly enough water pressure to brush our teeth. I will never stay here again.

THERE HAS BEEN EXCESSIVE/DISRUPTIVE NOISES AT THIS HOTEL THE LAST TWO TIMES WE STAYED HERE. THE WATER PRESSURE WAS VERY LOW THIS MORNING IN THE SHOWER AND SINK FOR ROOM 205. PROBABLY WILL CHOOSE DIFFERENT SITE ON NEXT TRIP.

Upon keycard pickup, we were directed to the wrong side of the building, so when we parked and brought all of our bags in, our room was on the opposite side if the building. The room was very nice and comfortable. The morning breakfast... bacon was great, sausage okay,biscuits and gravy were atrocious. I will definitely stay here again, but only attend breakfast for bacon and cereal. The biscuits taste like moldy carboard.
