The stay was great for what we needed. The breakfast was nice. The only issue is that we didn’t know the alarm was set on the clock and it went off at 4:00 am. waking is all up. Other than that, no complaints! Thanks!

The room was perfectly sized and was handicapped accessible. The fold out couch wasn’t comfortable. The beds just right. The AC was hard to adjust and too warm at night. Loved access to the fridge, microwave and over sized TV. The breakfast had plenty of choices. I loved the iced cold lemon water in the foyer. The pool was not inviting and the gym was too crowded with equipment. Getting drivable access's to the front was challenging. The outside flower beds need to be improved…that’s the first Impression when entering the hotel,

it was nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were decent. The bathroom was OK. The convenient store was a cross the street so it made it nice or you could just walk and grab something we needed.

Would have given them 5 stars, but there were no blackout currents in my room. I'm not sure if other rooms have them or not. I was on the third floor and the lights from the parking lot were shining into my room making it impossible to sleep. I ended up hanging a blanket over the window to block out some light.

Room was great, in that it suited our special needs daughter very well!! The queen mattress was especially hard, so it was less than a comfortable sleep. Otherwise, it was a great room with great service!!
