Overall, the stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had everything needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was an interaction with the manager at the restaurant area (she stated she was manager of the hotel) regarding what appeared to be a double charge for food and a soda. When clarification was requested, the response felt a bit defensive, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was great.

Disappointment

This is one of many times we have stayed at this property. The most disappointing stay. Water bottles in the floor upon arrival. The couch had torn cushions and bleach stains, lamp shade was broken and burnt, ironing board was bent and extremely difficult to open and close. Then the shower had a broken seal between the wall and shower head leading to decreased water pressure. This room needs a make over. Front desk staff was very apologetic, and made notes for maintenance.
