Worst experience ever

experience was awful from the start. The lady was super rude during check-in. Our booking was under my name but the card on file was my husbands. My husband usually goes in and checks us in while I sit with the kids. We don’t want to get them out until everything is ready because who wants three kids running around a lobby if we can prevent it. They wouldn’t let my husband check us in and then when I tried they needed him as well because of the card being in his name. It was just a hassle and the lady was very rude. Once we check in we got to our “Family Suite” which was soo small and cramped we couldn’t even get our stroller in the door. Upon arrival we turned the a/c down bc it was extremely hot. This was @3pm we leave go have dinner and see a movie. Upon arrival @10pm our room is still extremely hot. There were no phones in the room so my husband went down and let them know. The lady who checked us in came and looked at it and called someone via FaceTime and was attempting to fix it. After 30 min and trying to get my kids to sleep in a hot room while this was going on we asked for a different room. She said there were none available that would accommodate my family. So I asked for a refund and we would just drive home. She said just give her 5 min to see if it’s working. Finally around 1130 we told her we were just going. She said since we prepaid she can’t refund us. I had a 1 month old, 3 year old and 7 year old all sweating in this room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The whole property is nasty. It smells of mold, mildew, musty, wet, damp. Just so gross. And in the parking lot, there are cars packed with their whole lives packed in the back seat, seat leaned back and they're just watching you walk in. It feels so creepy.

The room was dirty, the mattress was dirty and the carpet had stains everywhere. The repairs all over the hotel have been done very poorly. I would never stay there again.

Only got towels for one person for a two bed and pull out bed. No extra pillow or blanket for the pull out bed. When i called and asked for more towels, a pillow and blanlet she didn't seem to want to give me them. We had 5 people in the room. The blanket they gave us had two giant holes in it. The toilet seat was broke, we had to pop it back in 3 times. A lamp was broke. Breakfast tasted horrible, ruining gravy, dry biscuits, watery orange juice. They had no breakfast meat. Pool was looking a little green, needs to be cleaned better. No hamper to put dirty towels in, no towels on the rack in the pool area.

I rarely write reviews if it’s poor. I try to resolve with property. Highly disappointed in this particular Country Inn & suites. The one I stayed in last week was fabulous; actually all have been at least great. The breakfast consisted of burnt uprisen biscuits, frozen egg patties ( one end was ice cold & the other dried out ) with gravy in a dirty crockpot. When I mentioned it Monday, they did wipe it down but did not wash it. I did respond to the text checking on my stay. They said they were going to call me. Which they never did. Each one I had to remind them that there was no coffee. The room was “meh” but acceptable enough for a cheap price. The bedding and linens were tired. The room was definitely clean. There was no blanket and they didn’t seem to have any. And they don’t have pool towels. They said they were getting some. All in all, it was a disappointing stay but thankfully it was a work trip so it was a tool. Albeit a dull one.

House keeper does good job cleaning the room was really clean just stains on carpet and chair dirty which is not cleaning lady’s fault that’s up to management to steam clean, and watering leaking through window from rain , but over all not to bad just not a place I would book again

I didn't like the last minute $50.deposit, and only $22. was returned. Why, did I not receive my entire $50. No, damage was done to room. I would like the rest of it returned. And what hotel doesn't give a person a choice to have a few meat choices or not for breakfast? You could at least say ,you don't serve meat. Front desk was friendly. Thank you...not trying to be rude

The room bathroom had hair on the wall. The coffee maker was in the bathroom next to the toilet. The coffee cups weren't wrapped with plastic. The room only provided shampoo & conditioner. The breakfast didn't provide any meat. It was biscuits, round eggs, and white gravy w/o sausage. You could make your own waffles. The utensils were in a cup with no coverage or protection from germs.This was served both days we stayed. The elevator was filthy. On a positive note, it was quiet.
