We came in very late - front check in was very slow and we initially got a room that was not ready which was irksome given we were tired. They allow dogs, breakfast was excellent, bed was comfortable - no frills hotel with all basics. Ice machine only on one floor pool was closed. Service was fine but not excellent. Good for quick layover especially with dogs because fee was very reasonable.

The hotel was great and staff was amazing but outside the music from the store next door is so annoying. It sounds like a horrible opera horror movie outside all the time. The room was great along with the location. Staff was nice and very respectful and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and friendly. USB ports would be a welcome addition. The only thing we did not like (and did not understand) is why a 4 story hotel only has one elevator! At times the wait was very long.

While the hotel was quite clean, almost all the furniture in the room (except the bed) was broken and really worn. The chairs, the sofa, and the lamps were all really old and run down. There was virtually no sound-proofing. We could hear every step the neighbors above us took and every time the toilet above our room was flushed.
