There are roaches. When they switched my room it smelled like cats. I let them know and they said pets weren't allowed in the building. They switched me to another floor and the tv did not work. They said they world give me a refund and then when we got to the lobby they said they wouldn't. I let another couple go before i said i need a refund and they had a pet. The host then changed her story and said pets were allowed but only on the first floor and it's a new policetly. Its a terrible dirty hotel and the staff lies through their teeth.

The good thing is that it is very close to Okana Resort, the room was very spacious, clean, and confortable. The area is not the nicest. My family and I stayed for one night, and the room next to us was having a party with very loud music full with people laughing and screaming. Overall, was not terrible.

Location was okay. Breakfast was disgusting. Biscuits were raw. Burnt bacon. Squished bananas and watered down juice. Room had only 1 bath towel and 2 wash rags. Soap holder was broken and sitting under the sink. 1 bed needs to be replaced. Employees kids hanging out inside and homeless wandering around outside at night.

Convince is always convenient

I only came here cause it was under 200 for 2 nights and my air conditioner at home went out. So the air conditioner was the best part about my stay! The front of the hotel smelled like weed upon arrival. People outside I believe. The elevator quit working with in the first hour and still was down at check out. The pool was a nasty cloudy color not blue and reeked of bleach. No pool towels available. My room had half a roll of tp unpon arrival and two towels for 3 people. No hand towels. The curtains where cut in half. So I was thinking 50 dollar deposit for what? I had to go to front desk for tp. The breakfast sausage was over cooked one day and under cooked this morning. Same with biscuits. One day okay the next almost burnt. The tv has no guide to you flip and wait for each channel to load. No paper guide saying what channels are. The second night they put party goers in the room next to us. And upon leaving the cleaning lady is sitting in the hall folding towels listening to music. I didn't wanna disrupt her but we had to get to the stairs to leave. This is literally the worst comfort in I've probably stayed at ever. If you need more then a cool room and hot water go somewhere else. You can get the same experience from a motel.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We had a king-sized bed, but there was a deep, sunken-in area in the middle of the mattress. We alerted the desk clerk, and she kindly offered a different room. The second room had a much better mattress, but the TV appeared to be poorly mounted or the mount was defective. It was a nice room and good stay. Close to OU Children's Hospital and conveniently close to a Waffle House.

The halls were warm and musty felt like no a/c. The first room we got the TV was broken upon arrival they gave us a new room no problem just the curtains were broken in the new room and the end tables were also broken. No dead bolt on the door. The breakfast was a joke they had a sign up about limited egg availability due to shortage, no coffee creamer and the a/c unit dripping on people dining below. We booked two nights and were so uncomfortable we didnt stay the second night. Lost our 100.00 for the second night.
