Upon arrival we were told the elevators had been out for 36 hours and that our room would be on the 3rd floor so that we would have to haul our things up and down the staircase or they'd gladly cancel our reservation for a full refund. Management could have contacted us in advance of check in so that we could have found a viable alternative solution. As retirees hauling our belongings up to third floor was not optimal. Apparently the hotel was completely sold out - LOL. The hotel is also located in a sketchy area and the room absorbed all the sound from the adjacent freeway and the door to the stairwell constantly slamming open and shut. The wifi was broken as well, and we were told it was being fixed too along with the broken elevator with no ETA and that we could use our phones as hot spots. Overall, an unpleasant experience that we will never repeat.

1. Something's wrong with the sink in room 204; it's not draining properly. 2. didn't like the ceiling shower. 3. Please get elevators and lobby bathrooms fixed.
It was a nice property only downside is that I requested a two bed room and they had booked us for a one bed

Check-in was quick and quiet. Rooms were large and clean. Parking was good and breakfast was also good! Only reason I didn’t choose 5 stars was the lack of linens, there was only two bath towels per room which is fine, but the accommodations were for multiple adults (and a baby - always need an extra for messes lol) so we were short on towels. Didn’t dock them for this but one room didn’t have a shower curtain and the other the curtain was so cheap the floor became very wet and with no extra towels to clean up it was quite slippery.
Only issue we had was housekeeping trying to cone in the riom before we checked out.
We had a confirmed 1pm late checkout, yet they tried coming in at 12noon.
My stay was good. Front desk staff and the breakfast staff are awesome. One of the cleaning staff was not pleasant. Breakfast was typical and their coffee is great.
