I’m very upset with this hotel. I tried contacting them all day Friday with no response. Even went through hotel.com to try and send an email about changing out date. There was no refund but my dates got changed and I could not stay the 5th. Horrible responses and I wasted $52

Second time stay in this hotel and......

This is my family's second visit to this hotel and we choose to stay in the trailer home because of my kid. Last time its full and we just stayed in block B regular twin room. He was very excited when enter the trailer home and its really gave him lots of fun especially the bunk bed. The fixture of the trailer home is 100% US style with the crouch bed and kitchen, which is not quite useful in here. These can be remove to gives extra space for open luggage or something else. There are also two sink in the small trailer which also not necessary. But all these fixture do help to provide the atmosphere of staying in motor home. The real problem we encounter is the cleanliness of the room, its quite smelly when we enter the room and seems someone had been smoking inside the room. The bedding (especially the bunk bed) are quite smelly, I guess need to remove them to wash and dry under sunlight to keep it fresh and clean. Overall, its still a facility we will return when the price is right. Please help to maintain it nice and clean.

The place was a camping site on an open carpark and the host required an extra charge to park our car near the trailer we booked..! It was low season and we were almost the only one there,, Abusive and not mentioned prior on the booking..

コテージに泊まりましたが、ホテルと違い靴を脱いで過ごせるのが最高。広さも十分で、車も部屋の前に置けるので移動がスムーズでした。 滞在中のタオルが初日にまとめて支給されるが、置いておく場所がなかったので、簡易的な棚でもあると良いなと感じました。 付近の飲食店はどこも美味しく、宿泊代をおさえられたのでその分食事に費用を回せました。 また泊まりたい宿です。
