Location: approx 15 minutes walk from the bus station VERY CLEAN, large room, had water dispenser (hot and cold) so that you can drink tea or coffee in your room, automatic toilet seat, private onsen- basically, everything you need is included in your room. Welcome tea set when you arrive and the staff was very nice.

本当に満足でした！

由布院には初めての旅行。場所は由布院の代表する神社、宇奈岐日女神社（うなぐひめ）から歩いていけるとても静かな場所。細かい部分までセンスがとても素晴らしく、感動しっぱなしでした。部屋の静寂性、広さ、清潔感、家具、置物までオーナーさんや女将さんのセンスが所どころキラリ光っていました。部屋にある露天風呂も内風呂ともに泉質・温度・設備・眺望も最高でした。また何より一番感動したのはお料理の美味しさと演出。地元の野菜・魚・肉を色々楽しませて頂きました。絶対に夕食と朝食はお腹をすかせて行くことをおすすめします。すべてに真心が感じられるサービスと空間演出に感動です。絶対におすすめします！なるべく良い部屋の予約が良いと思います。

気になったのはエアコンの室外機が異常にうるさかったこと。だから切っていました！でもガスファンヒーターがあったので快適に過ごせました！内湯と露天風呂は最高でした！内湯の温度が高いので注意です。露天の温度は最適！新しいくて綺麗でリピートしたいです！

너무나 행복한 여행 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다!

남자2여자2 부모님과 누나와 함께 가족여행으로 2박 묵었습니다. 위치 5/5 유후인 역에서 충분히 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 도착했을땐 짐이 많아서 택시를 타려 했으나 감사하게도 송영차를 보내주셔서 편하게 올 수 있었습니다. 부대시설 5/5 확실친 않지만 아마 제일 큰 방에 묵지 않았나 싶습니다.프라이빗 노천온천이 2개 있었고 실내 히노키탕도 있었습니다. 정원도 소박하지만 아기자기하게 이쁘게 잘 꾸며 져 있어 마음이 편안해지는 공간이었습니다.지어진지 얼마 되지 않아 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 음식 4/5 조식 석식 모두 료칸제공 식사를 먹었습니다 . 저녁은 가이세키 요리로 방으로 가져다 줍니다. 사전에 미리 알러지가 있는 음식이 있는지 물어봐 주심에 감사했습니다 . 단 생소할 수 있는 요리들이 있어 호불호가 갈릴 수 밖에 없는건 어쩔 수 없는것 같습니다. 서비스 5/5 하나부터 열까지 챙겨주려고 하시고 처음 오시는 분들을 위해서 여러가지로 안내도 해 주셨습니다. 문제가 생기면 바로바로 해결 해 주시고 많이 신경써 주시는걸 느낄 수 있었습니다.너무나 편안하고 안락하게 쉬다 올 수 있었습니다. ‐---- 건의사항 정말 정말 사소한 것이지만 객실내에 시계가 있었으면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다.매번 휴대폰 꺼내며 시간보기가 조금 불편했습니다 . 그리고 노천탕이 두개인 방에는 탕 사이에 칸막이가 있으면 좋겠다고 생각했습니다 가족이 다 함께 온천를 하긴 좀 꺼려져서 시간을 나눠서 이용하게 됐네요 마이너스적인 의미가 아닌 개인적인 의견입니다. 너무너무 쾌적하고 편안한 휴식이 되었습니다. 료칸 관계자분들께 너무나 감사드립니다. 本当にお世話になりました！お陰さまでとってもいい思い出が作れました☺️

大人が寛ぐ空間として大変満足しました。女将さんの気配り　気遣いが　心地よい距離感であり　田園と由布岳から　程よい冷たい風と　暖かい天然温泉とが　非日常感過ごすことができました。満足です。食事も夕食、朝食共に　有機野菜の素材の味覚とご飯　感動でした。また御世話になりたいです。ありがとうございました。

7室の離れが雑踏から離れた場所に建てられています。2019年6月オープンなので全てが新しく綺麗です。部屋風呂に何時でも入れるのが、最高です。

식사가 맛있고 도심에서 좋은 접근성. 일본 특유의 냄새는 글쎄..

스텝 분들이 한국인이 많아서 일본 특유의 친절함은 다소 적었다고 생각합니다. 리큐의 장점이라면 식사가 맛있고 유후인 도심에서 접근성이 좋습니다. 또한 밤이 되면 노천탕 분위기가 좋은것이 장점입니다.
