No bathroom!!!!!!! Overpriced tiny room ! It says โ€œ shared bathroomโ€ no only the hot spring room which is for all the residents! A con a rip off. I am going to sue them get a refund. Liars. DO NOT go there!

It was a bit hard to find, as there are at least two places with the same name in town, but the inn itself is very nice. I was impressed by the room especially. They stayed open for check-in very late - 1:00 am- because we were going to be late arriving. Very flexible.

The public bath onsen didnโ€™t seem like a real onsen- the water was mildly warm (almost cold), the cleanliness of the female changing room was disappointing because there was a lot of hair on the floor. No amenities were provided for a hotel thatโ€™s rated with a 3 Star (eg. Shower caps, hair brush etc). The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were poor quality. Disappointing. Uncomfortable stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Beautiful modern hotel - near the mountain

My experience with etavia Yufuin has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and caring. Helped with finding the best locations for onsens and where to eat. The communication was very good both via email and in person. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around ยฅ700. And the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. There is an onsen within the hotel for male and female. Highly recommend!
