This house features 2 double bedrooms each with an air condition unit and ceiling fan , the house has CCTV security cameras, a bathroom room, WC, Living Room, large fitted kitchen, a partially covered backyard and Off street parking.

The property is situated in a very friendly village in an ideal location, with an excellent public transport and good taxi service. Alternatively you can rent a car..
The popular Sheraton Shopping mall with its excellent food court, banks, Duty free boutiques, department stores, supermarket, gym and cinema is within a 5 minutes walk, the island's only Drive-in cinema is a stone throw away and it is in close proximity to the US, Guyanese, Japanese and New Zealand Embassies.
The property is also within 7 to 15 minutes drive from most of the island's white sandy beaches in the south and south west coast of the island..

The renowned Oistin's Fishing market, the famous and popular St Lawrence Gap with its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, the
