House has a lower and upper deck perfect for viewing sunsets, wildlife, and stargazing. We are right next door to the Vermillion River Rafting Company. Bring your own kayak or canoe to explore the Vermillion River or rent a raft from the rafting company for an afternoon of fun and sun. You can walk to the banks for the river right from the house. Explore beautiful downtown Utica and browse the shops, enjoy al fresco dining, have a drink at the local ale house, or visit the local museum. Lot has a fire pit and a gas grill for your use.
