Great but a bit noisy

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff and hotel were great, however you could hear the people in the next room talking. So it was noisy. The garbage truck came at 4 am and took great pleasure banging the dumpster three times. Which I realize isn't something the hotel can control but it was worth mentioning. The diner next door was really good for breakfast!

The front desk person was not accommodating at all when asking for an extra pillows. The dog area around the facility was filled with dog poop. Disgusting. Also it was so noisy and loud next to hiway and bus stop we could hardly get any sleep

Got to the hotel a little after 2p. Check in was super simple and quick. The hotel is a bit outdated but we were only there to shower & sleep. The bed is a little too hard for our liking but we made due. The bathroom was sufficient but the toilet was loose so you had to be gentle when sitting down and the shower itself felt what could be like being in a capsule or ship shower..small. other than that it was clean and smelled good.

Property could use updating. Walls are very thin and could hear every little noise outside our room. Shower door wouldn't stay closed. Breakfast had hot options but the same everyday that was microwaved. For the price don't expect too much.

Room freezer needed

Every hotel room should have a refrigerator with freezer on the top as many people travel with a cooler and need to freeze the blue ice during their stay. Or medication’s that need to stay frozen. I highly recommend that your refrigerators be replaced with those that have a freezer in it.
