I had to wait over 5 minutes after trying to get anyones attention at front desk, the room istayed in was discusting toilet was beyond filthy ,tv did not work heating system did not work properly The guy from front desk came to room to,d me to go to room 128 it was open , and he would bring key after ,i walked quite away to room and it was locked , just unbelievable

Everything was fine The breakfast is about as poor breakfast as you could actually imagine I had a pillow that had some odor to it I don't know what and other than that the room was fine and I would stay there again but you can forget breakfast it's terrible big tub of country Crock margarine and some bread I mean it's just I wouldn't count on it I go to McDonald's

Disappointed even for the value. Bed not made properly, bed skirt tucked under mattress. Bed spread stained and tattered. Coffee but no pot. Two wimpy pillows, blanket not warm enough. Found medication capsule on floor. Had to ask for hand towel and wash cloth. Breakfast not available at 6:20 am so left.

Property seems fine and for a cheaper option it’s not in rough shape. However, it was January when we stayed and was less than 10 degrees that night. Upon entering the room the window was open and heater was off, the room also smelt like weed which made us feel like they had just smoked and left the window open to air out. Heater barely worked and the room was around 60 degrees through the night.

Never again!

Room was dirty. Had not been vacuumed in months. Bed cover was stained and dirty. Smelled of smoke. Bathroom had hair, dirt and toe nail clipping behind the door. Towels were stained. And there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Checked out the next morning was supposed to be there a week. Talked to the desk person after a 25min wait for someone to show up. asking for a refund because of concerns and was told I needed to call the 3rd party I booked with. Contacted Hotels.com and they worked on it and only got $90 back on a $300 trip. Don’t stay here it’s horrible.

Very friendly staff. Room had dead insects on the floor around the floor lamp, a bar of soap underneath the bathroom counter, and white gravel next to the fridge. The toilet was not clean (drainage), but the friendly front desk agent had a toilet brush available which helped instantly.
