This is a newly renovated Suite, it is a nice size. There ended up being 2 adults and a teenager for our stay. There was an issue with another tenant so I sent the owner a message on VRBO and received an almost immediate response and resolution of the issue. The owners care about their tenants’ stay. The WiFi was strong. We didn’t read the description accurately nor did we notice that there wasn’t an oven/cooktop. There is a plug in cooktop though and a toaster oven if you are brave enough to try!The shower and bathroom are nicely sized, with the walk in shower being very nice. The deck is perfect for sitting on for coffee or cocktails. My only suggestions would be a new refrigerator (only for aesthetic reasons), however the one there works perfectly and keeps everything as cold as you want. I would suggest giving more towels than just one set per person for 4 days/nights. The sofa sleeper needs to be replaced, it is neither comfortable to sit on or sleep on. My teenager slept on a blow up mattress instead of the pull out sofa. The parking is tight at this property, we had to put the golf cart behind our vehicle and then we were still worried about blocking another tenant in. I would stay at this property again. The location is great, convenient to everything in the village.
