Pet friendly home, centrally located on Ocracoke Island, just a short walk or bike ride to many shops and restaurants. Large well equipped kitchen and spacious dining area perfect for a family group.

4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 3 with Queen, 1 with two Twins.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 1 cable TV with DVD player in living area. Additionally, there are TV's with No Cable Service. Some are Smart TV's with wifi access. Washer and dryer. High chair.

The exterior offers an enclosed front porch with screens/windows which offers seating and an additional dining table, outdoor shower, fish cleaning bench, charcoal grill and deck.

Amazing Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at JJs Getaway. My family was there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect house and location. We can’t wait to come back to Ocracoke! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation

Nice stay at JJ’s Hideaway. The home was just as pictured. Worked well for our group of six. We cooked a lot while there. Used the charcoal grill. All appliances worked well except one eye on our stove. We removed the 4 inch memory foam mattress topper because that was terrible for bad backs but the bed slept well once removed. (Replaced it once we left). Lots of games to play, books to read and the house was an easy bike ride to all restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend it for a family.
