Host was very responsive 99% of the time. Property was stunning and made us feel right at home. We have even stolen ideas for our own home decor! The only issue's which appear to be a problem with a lot of gated community properties are water issues/the materials used to create the properties, leaving signs of damp and water damage at different sections of the property. The kitchen could do with more glassware and mugs, baking trays for the oven and some utensils were water damaged, so need replacing. The host left us a lovely bottle of wine and the property was spotless. I could happily live at this property with my family minus the few issues mentioned. You need a taxi to get into town (less that 10 minute drive) and there are not really any local shops but you will feel very safe as the security are super tight. We all needed ID for our comings and goings on the compound. We absolutely loved the swinging chair and hammock and we all want the sofa that's in the living room. It's so comfy that we would all fall asleep in it whilst watching films at night. Such an airy open plan home. We loved the fact that everyone has their own bathroom and we made use of the washer dryer, so that we came back to the UK with clean clothes. The host was kind enough to source a ludy board for us at our request too. We used the pool, which lights up at night, as well as the gym and ping pong (you'll need your own bats and balls) on the compound and really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.
