Walking distance of Oceanside Harbor & the Pier in just a few minutes. You will LOVE this location & this comfy cozy home w/Fireplace. It features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded baths & a jetted tub. Both bedrooms have King size beds plus there is a sleeper (queen) couch in the living room. The community amenities are also incredible - Tropical Pool/Spa, Picnic/BBQ, Putting Green, Full Gym, Sauna, Pool Table,Fooz + more. NOTE: Pricing from Mid October thru Early January reflects HOA construction being done on exterior. Please only reserve during this time frame if you are open to these activities between the hours of approx, 7am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.
