Check in was sketchy. It took over 5 minutes to come to the window. It was about 9pm and lobby was locked. The room didn’t look like the photos. The beds were awful and on metal frames that were loud every time you moved. Towels were stiff and thin. No tissue or Kleenex. Door wouldn’t securely shut or lock. Homeless/strung out man in parking lot talking to himself and taking off his pants. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

The room was old run down the showers did not drain to late to chance rooms or get it fixed they should check everything they clean ?
