The Oceanside Luxury Suite is a cute, stylish and cleanly home located in the heart of Oceanside, California. Immerse yourself into the beach life and enjoy waking up to the smell of the salty ocean air. Take a nice bike ride along the coast or hop on the bike trail conveniently located directly behind the suite. Just a mile from Downtown Oceanside and the Pier this location offers everything you need to explore this great city. From surfing, biking, shopping and dinning this suite has it all.

The Oceanside Luxury Suite is a redesigned one bedroom/one bath Suite located on the first floor and includes a full kitchen, gas stove, electric microwave, dedicated bath, King-size bed, Futon, Cot and a SMART tv (Wi-Fi included) This rental has been furnished with cute and stylish furniture, linens, pillows, bath towels and other necessities.The bedroom has a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a tub/shower.

There is a shared Washer/Dryer hookup on the first level (coins needed), the laundry key is on the set of keys provided. Keep in mind, we have other tenants on the property as well. If it’s busy, there are laundromats just a few minutes down the street on the coast highway.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the private patio located in the back of the apartment. Guests can also access the laundry room located to the far left of the property on the first level.

This neighborhood is a quiet but convenient spot in the heart of Oceanside. We are surrounded by nice and respectful neighbors and we ask that our guests show that same respect to them. There is a private garage designated for the Suite and parking is available for a second vehicle directly in front of the assigned garage.

The Oceanside Luxury Suite is a quick walk from some of Oceanside's favorites, The Cup is a popular local destination for a quick breakfast and coffee with the Tremont Collective just up the street with all the hip shops as well. These shops include the popular Communal, Bottle Craft, Shoots Fish and Beer, Brixton, The Green Cheek, Crackheads and plenty more.

*The apartment is across the street from the train tracks with two stations conveniently less than a mile away. This train runs along the whole coast of San Diego's North County. The train runs to San Diego's downtown area, various other beach towns, and even Los Angeles. Fortunately for us, Oceanside just added additional safety measures to all crossings, which in turn allowed the City to be designated as a "Quiet Zone!" This means that passing trains no longer use their horns and therefore train noise is very minimal.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, which has a kitchen. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
