Both rooms have flat screen TVs with Roku-enabled Android casting and Apple airplay options (Roku has free live TV and movie options in app). If you need to work remotely, there is a desk and chair in the King bedroom and you can take advantage of the fast WiFi. Queen size air mattress can be set up in the living room.

The neighborhood has quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM • No smoking inside the unit or there will be $200 cleaning fee • Lost parking passes and keys incur a $125 fee each • If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair • Follow all rules and regulations while enjoying the pool, fitness area and business center. Checkout is any time before 11 AM unless discussed prior with the host. If you need anything at all before or during your stay, feel free to reach out via Airbnb and I will be available to help.
