I cannot say enough good things about this home! Our family of 11 enjoyed this home over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen which made it so easy to keep a large group fed. The owner was very responsive and the home very clean and well kept. The location is great with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Cheeky Tiki! Beach access is great, large saltwater pool and hot tub, great space upstairs and downstairs for hanging out and the owners were very helpful and were available for questions before and during our stay!

Loved the location, easy access to the beach. The home had everything we needed for our stay. There was a good separation of space for adults and children to enjoy their time together. This was a wonderful place to create memories.

Amazing Home!!!

Simply put, this home is amazing! The nicest beach home our family has stayed in. Unfortunately, our week stay was during Hurricane Debbie, which pretty meant we were house bound for the entire week (for the exception of the last full day). Had it been any other previous home we've stayed in, we might have gone mad with boredom (or each other). The covered bar area by the pool, with comfortable seating and hot tub was a huge hit. Even though it was pouring rain, we were able to all hang out and have fun (the Paris Olympics were going on so that was a big win throughout all the large screen TV's on all floors. The game room was a huge hit as well, with the 4 boys in the house. The kitchen is stacked with everything needed for our meals, and quality kitchenware, as well. Each floor allowed everyone to have space to themselves if need be. Obviously, we wished the weather would have been nicer, so we could have actually enjoyed the beach, but all in all, we had a wonderful time, and a large part is due to this home.. 2024 Girl's Trip

Where do I begin? Before our girls trip and during our planning, Mr. Ben was so easy to communicate with and so personable. He was quick to respond to my many questions. The pictures are beautiful, but breathtaking in person. This was home away from home for me and my friends. We needed for nothing. Lots of sitting areas for the 11of us as well as lots of places to rest alone as well. Kitchen was stocked with all that was needed. Views amazing!! Short walk to beach. Thank you Mr. BEN!!! Cheeky Tiki was perfect!!!

Gorgeous new home that was perfect for a family gathering. The home is gorgeous with the ideal set-up for my father who is unable to walk independently. Also perfect for kids who had a great time in the pool, hot tub, game room and set of bunk beds. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful!

Our family was so impressed with this gorgeous new home! The space was just right, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the area around the pool was set up perfectly. Ben and Kate were wonderful to work with; very polite, answered all of our questions quickly, and very detailed. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay!
