Prime location directly across from the ocean with unobstructed views. You'll be able to watch the waves while rocking on the front porch sipping your wine or enjoying breakfast.

This charming 6 bedroom 5 bathroom home is a delightful beach hideaway. Highlights include a sleek kitchen, themed bedrooms with chic decor, eight flat-screen TVs, alfresco dining with a view, game room with pool table and arcade games, and of course, the private backyard oasis.

Located on the East end of the island, this haven by the sea has plenty of space, making it ideal for groups and large families. Get to the pier, multiple golf courses, and a plethora of dining and shopping options within minutes. Or go for a walk near the natural marsh bordering the Intracoastal Waterway.

*This property was fully remodeled this Spring of 2022 and features extra sleeping space, brand new furniture and mattresses, and a downstairs game room (with pool table and games). Backyard upgrades include new landscaping and a two putting greens along with the existing private pool. Pool is able to be heated for a daily fee, upon request.

This house is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Everything about the house is wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to use for cooking. Plenty of towels in each bathroom ( you do have to wash the towels at the end of your stay) The pool table downstairs was a hit with the teenagers. The bedrooms were all so nice. And let me tell you about the couch, lol! That couch was so comfortable, you would just sink up and relax. The outdoor area was nice, you have a pool, putt putt, corn hole boards, and a grill. Beautiful area just to relax. You are only a few steps from the beach, and the sunrise is amazing from the front porch. The owners were super nice and would communicate. We had no issues with the house. I would recommend this property over and over. We loved it!!

Fabulous Extended Family Getaway!

We had a perfect stay at OIB thanks to Paul & Natalie's fabulous house! Eight adults and eight kids ranging in ages 3-16. Everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in and the house has great living areas for everyone to socialize in. We also loved that each family had their own full bath to themselves. The house was clean, up-to-date and well-stocked inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill cooked up some great salmon and chicken!We loved the pool and the front porch with ocean views. Being at the north end of the island near the jetty was so great! It was a quieter stretch of beach, with a lovely ocean stretch to catch waves. The house came equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. All we had to bring was a cooler and some sun shades! And beach access across the street WITHOUT massive dunes with stairs to hurdle was such a plus!Also, host communication and care was top notch. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Paul answered all our questions before our trip in minutes and we had two small issues to handle when we got there, and they were also responded to and handled in record time. If the stars align and all 16 of us are able to make it together again for a beach vacation, we know we have a house to stay in. Thanks again Paul and Natalie!

Great Family Vacay Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to two beach access points. The games in the basement were great for the older kids. House was clean and looked like the photos. The host was responsive and sent someone to fix the minor issues with the grill and shower door within a day. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Making Memories!

All 3 generations had a wonderful time being together at our favorite spot~ The games, pool table and putting greens were an extra bonus for all! We had our own version of the Olympics every day with medals and lots of laughter! POOL size was great for all ages. Family Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The location to the beach was wonderful, just a short walk. The pool was very spacious and fit our large family well. Family Reunion

We spent a week here to reunite with family from all across the country. The house fit our needs perfectly and the renovations done were top notch. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the house and public access just across the street. Because it's at the far end of the island, the beach was never crowded. The pool was put to good use all week as well and we hosted 30+ people for dinner with no issues. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the beach in a fully remodeled home.

A Wave From It All is PERFECT!

It’s always a challenge to get adult kids and families together. When that happens it’s wonderful and when we stayed at A Wave From It All it was perfect! This house is AMAZING! It’s well designed so that 4 families had private space and great communal areas. The view is wonderful, beach access super easy, and the pool is such a fun addition, not to mention practicing those putts! The kitchen provides all the necessities. All I can say is this was such a great home and I’m so thankful Paul and Natalie are willing to share. I hope we can come back again and again. My adult sons and spouses agree! This exceeded my expectations!
