**Stunning Marshfront Home – 11 Chadbourn St**

This beautiful, custom-built home, located on the marshfront, features six bedrooms and six full and a 2 half bathrooms, with breathtaking views of the marsh, Intracoastal Waterway, and a partial view of the ocean. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The first-floor queen bedroom is equipped with wider doors, handicap bars, and a pull-under cabinet, making it more accessible for guests with mobility challenges.

The first floor houses five of the bedrooms: two with king-size beds, two with queen-size beds, and one with two sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, offers a king-size bed and plenty of space. The kitchen, dining area, and great room are also on the top floor, providing an open and airy living space with stunning views of the surrounding nature.

The home includes a three-stop elevator that serves both floors, making it easy to move between levels. The private pool is a spacious 14’ x 32’, with depths ranging from three to six feet, and can be heated (Off-Season Only) for $300. If you’re looking to relax by the pool, you’ll also find a tiki bar nearby on the ground level. For added convenience, there is a private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.

Inside, the home offers all the modern amenities you could need, including six SMART TVs, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a blender, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 regular coffee makers. There’s also a high-efficiency washer and dryer, sundeck furniture, a gas grill, a porta-crib, and a high chair for younger guests.
Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests.

This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Additionally, a golf cart outlet is available in the section between the garage and storage area. With everything this home has to offer, it’s sure to be a vacation retreat you’ll want to book year after year.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
