Nice little place with quiet ambiance close to the beach. Rooms could have been larger but generally a very nice boutique hotel. Liked the balcony.

Absolutely love the place! The hotel location is amazing, the view is beautiful. Staff were great. The beach is beautiful and clean and is 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Definitely coming back

Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautifully decorated, close to fabulous restaurants at neighboring Asbury (just a 4 minute bike ride). And of course, can’t forget the beach- just 2 blocks away!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole hotel was spotless. Every night there was something fun going on, from wine tastings to ice cream socials, which made the evenings extra special. Our second-floor balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing morning coffee. Highly recommend for a laid-back beach getaway!

This hotel is a dream! It was recently remodeled and everything is pristine and new. The beds and pillows could not have been more comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend this place!

It was a nice stay but unfortunately i booked the junior room and was given an even smaller room than that. My room was not the same roon in pictures. Disappointed. I feel i got shorted . Not even a chair in my room no place to put anything.

We were lucky enough to be one of Hotel Albatross's first guests as we checked in on their opening day, July 15! From the moment we stepped foot onto the gorgeous property, we were treated with such friendly care from the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The interior design and furniture are modern, the beds are super comfortable and the semi-private balcony is a fabulous way to watch Ocean Grove life go by with a glass of wine. The Salt & Stone bath products are heavenly as well! Your stay also includes bicylces, beach passes and comfy beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach only 2 blocks away! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a fabulous stay at the newly renovated Hotel Albatross! It’s a stunning property that has the old charm Ocean Grove is known for, plus modern touches and updated features. The common areas are gorgeous, and the rooms feel super luxurious (without a hefty price tag). The staff was beyond attentive and friendly, and the shared beach amenities (chairs, towels, umbrellas, and bikes) were a major perk. It’s also a block-and-a-half walk away from the beach, for added convenience. I’d love to stay again!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the Ocean Grove/Asbury Park area. The hotel was gorgeous and our room was clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and beach cruisers provided by the hotel are a must-have. The staff was nice enough to pick us up from the train station and let us use beach passes and held our belongings after checkout. Big thank you to Dominick, Bill, Kelsey and the rest of the staff at the Albatross! We hope we can come back soon!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We called around 11 to ask if we can check in early and we were told that our room was ready and we can check in at any time. Upon arriving, we were greeted with warm smiles. We were offered coffee or tea as well as croissants and scones free of charge. We were then given a small tour of the space and escorted to our room. The rooms are small and cozy with beautiful brand new bathrooms. Every detail was thought about right down to the in room coffee. The owners go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy. The front porches on both the main level and second floor are lovely to have your morning coffee or happy hour wine. They offer beach chairs, umbrellas and beach passes all free of charge. We cannot wait to go back.
