The main house has a large, open plan living/kitchen/dining area and 2nd living room with open fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with an ensuite and BIR’s in all bedrooms. A Spa bath is in the main bathroom, with a separate toilet and a separate shower room. Gas log fire and Split system aircon are in the living/kitchen/dining area. Paved, outdoor entertaining area has a Webber BBQ and casual seating/dining. There are 2 large grassed play areas for kids, with a trampoline. Off street parking in the driveway is available. No access to the garage, however.

The newly built apartment which is separate to, but attached to the main house, has one bedroom with BIR, an open plan living/kitchen/dining, bathroom and a private courtyard outdoor area with its own Webber bbq. It is fully self contained and has a separate entrance.

Spacious Ocean Grove accommodation

Beautiful large house in a great spot, close to cafes, the river and beach. Relaxing garden, yard and outdoor dining area. Everything we needed for our beachside family holiday and excellent communication. Highly recommend.
