It was my first time visiting this area, and I couldn't have felt more welcome! Noise levels were kept to a minimum, the Continental breakfast was fantastic. I had a great stay, and look forward to visiting again
We’ve stayed here a few times and it is always a pleasure. However, I was surprised and disappointed that you do not accept Discover since that is what my bank (Capital One) has switched to. My card was rejected and I had to come up with a different payment method. Good thing I had a credit card with me!

Room was great. Breakfast was great. The staff was great. Love that your staff goes all out with the decorating for the holiday.
I found something red, looked like blood, on the top sheet on 2 or 3 spots. I just turned it down as our time was 1:00 am or I would have complained if found at check in. other than that all was fine.
Room was clean, nice to have the coffee/tea 24/7, the lobby was such a fun place to spend with others that traveled at same time as us, and the staff were amazing! All were so kind and helpful.
Staff was wonderful ! My only complaint was room was supposed to be clean on saturday [ every other day room as not cleaned so I had to go to the front desk
Breakfast was a plus, room was clean. Bathroom was in disrepair; shower shelf was hanging by a thread and separated from the tiles, water pressure was inconsistent in shower and sink, I wasn't a fan of no coffee or microwave in the rooms. There is coffee 24/7 in the lobby, but first thing in the morning I like to relax in my pajamas for a bit, not get dressed just for a cup of coffee.
