This motel was nicer than others I have stayed at! Clean bathrooms, spacious room, nice staff, the AC kept the room cool the entire time, and even though we did not have an ocean front room, we could see the water from our window! The walk to the beach was fantastic and so convenient too! The complaints that I have - check in was 3, but we didn’t get to check in until after 3:30 (normally wouldn’t complain about this but we had to wait in the parking lot while it felt like 100°), the curtains did not cover the whole window so the BRIGHT hallway light outside shined through the bottom of the window the entire night, there was no cover on the light switch which may be concerning for parents with children, and the people downstairs kept smoking weed outside which made the walk down the stairs and off of the property nauseating (I’m not sure if smoking is prohibited or not, but this was brutal.) The curtains were the most annoying, but after we shoved some towels where the light shined through we were fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and for the price we paid would stay again.

It was a smooth process! If you’ve ever stayed at a hotel just walk in with your ID and card for deposit in hand, and you will be handed your key within minutes! They have designated parking right there. For the price compared to others, it’s good. Parking is right there. We didn’t have trouble finding a spot, but I could see it being an issue during the summer holidays. You can’t beat having a pool, and being steps away from the boardwalk! My overall experience, from customer service, to the conveniency, and price… My family and I will be back! Quick note, the customer service was great!

It was decent. Average Ocean City stay. Room only came with two towels and no extra toilet paper. Staff/ laundry person seemed offended when i asked for extra towels and blankets. Check in was difficult to find. Three building have the same check in area so it took me a little to find where to check in at. On the plus side we didn’t see any signs of bed or other nasty bugs

Horrible 4 day stay!

Hotel is outdated, toilet did not flush, tv in the room did not work the first night. We were told they'd be back to fix it and never came back. They did not clean the room our 4 day stay or replenish towels- we had to go ask for them. Rooms looks NOTHING like the pictures on the site. Only good thing is the location and how close it is to the beach.

Check in instructions were not good as you had to visit the motel next door. The room was dated and not clean. The A/C didn’t work great and room was very damp. Everything seemed wet and not dry the entire stay. The pictures online didn’t not match the rooms and you get what you pay for. No one cleaned the rooms and had to search for toilet paper and towels. One room had no trash can. Pool area and walkways to rooms were dirty. Description of location on boardwalk didn’t match as we were at the end and not close to restaurants. I will pay more to stay at a chain hotel for a better experience.

Check in was pretty easy. The only thing I could complain about is it’s in the dunes office. The building is old. I get it. We were on the 3rd floor. And the balcony could use some TLC terribly. The wood floors are borderline unsafe. There was still food in the fridge when we got there. The beds are not very comfortable. But the room was actually decent.

Everything but the housekeeping staff was fine for the money, in my 4 day stay they never cleaned my room and when I tracked them down asking for new towels they would only give me 2. The day of check out was the first time they came to the door and it was at 10am to ask if I was checking out, mind you check out is at 11.

The motel is dated and in need of minor repairs. I did not receive housekeeping service despite my neighbors getting it. I had an ocean side room which had an amazing view and the location is great for beach access and the top of the boardwalk. All in all, the price was right so im not disappointed.

The Staff wonderful, someone took my bags before I could even realize where my room was. Which was a relief because there were only stairs, the place is too small for an elevator. The room was AWESOME, so much natural light, almost two full walls were nothing but windows, oh my gosh. And it's only steps from the beach?! We will most DEFINITELY be returning.

Overall, it was a very good stay. I appreciated the microwave and coffee maker which were not mentioned amenities. It would have been nice to have a plug near the coffee maker. I also would have appreciated if AC had been turned on prior to arrival and plugged in. That said, they did allow me to check in a few hours early which I also appreciated. Property is kept up. Some things could use a refresh but it is an excellent value for an oceanfront hotel. The view from a second level side view room was good. You could definitely see the ocean. I would return.
