My July stay at Quality Inn

Our stay is always great at Quality Inn. I will say this time the cleanliness was a nit off. The rugs were beat up, nails sticking out. Air condition hardly cooled the room. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. And the hot tubs which is one of my main attractions to coming; smelt like sewage and young kids constantly in it cooling the water from the pool water. Our house keeper at room 203 was amazing and made us as comfortable as possible. We do love coming and hope for a better experience as we have been coming for about 5 years straight. Thank you for allowing me to comment

Fun hotel!

Highly recommend! It is such a fun hotel and right in the beach. They literally had someone cleaning and sweeping the entrances all day. We loved the pools and the animals in the atrium were a nice touch. Also LOVED the free coffee all day long ☺️

I was actually surprised how nice the property was, it’s so pretty on the inside and very clean. The balconies are fairly private and have a great view of the beach. The staff comes to help you really quickly with whatever you ask. There is a walk up bar/restaurant in the atrium that has good food at pretty good prices. This might be my new favorite hotel in Ocean City. I will definitely be returning.

We truly enjoyed this hotel. It has all amenities you would need. Cafe food was good, bartenders were awesome. I gave it 4 stars because the sink in bathroom disnt drain well, shower went from hot to cold frequently (bathrooms maybe need updated) and door to the the bathroom got stuck 2x. One other suggestion would be to put the smoking area somewhere else besides the main entrance to hotel. It smelled bad. Those items would not deter me from staying at this hotel. It was great!

Shower head and curtain were broke when we arrived. They fixed the shower curtain 3 days later. Never fixed the shower head. Sheets were stained. The hotel hasn’t been updated in a long time

We stay here often for short getaways. Not the most modern but it is clean and comfortable which for us is most important. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We like having the kitchenette and pools. Good location too.

The hotel has a lot of great things that made our stay pleasant overall, laundry, indoor pool, barbecue area, kitchen and free coffee, which I loved. The indoor pool could use a nice paint/ renovation because it looks ugly and old. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling enough for me and wasn’t working at all in the fitness room. My son got bitten by a turtle, believe or not! The property needs to warn people about the dangers of interacting with them. I had no idea they could bite.
