Worst experience here and this was my ho to hotel. False fire alarms at 1am to 3 am all night. No type of compensation for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. I will never book here again

My husband and I really liked this place. We have stayed here at least once a year for thr past 3 or 4 years. However, they have replaced the hot tub with a arcade area. While I love kids and families, there isnt much quite or adult time at this facility. The only adult swim time is 9am-10am. No afternoon or evening. Perfect place for a family getaway but not for couples.

Very clean! Awesome view! Very nice! Elevator usage is tricky until you figure out where you are going. Literally walk out a door onto the beach. Beautiful view from balcony. Very happy!

Front desk was so helpful. The hotel is like a labyrinth so you need directions but there was never a short supply of hotel cleaning or security staff to help me get to the 9th floor penthouse. The beach bar staff was friendly except for one who was horrible but I have grace and can give someone a mulligan for a bad day.
