I have stayed in 4 different units within Braemar Towers in the past, and have had great experiences. After this last trip, I don’t think I will be back, especially not to the unit I just stayed in. First of all Braemar now requires a key fob to enter the building at all times. Which would be fine, but we only received 2 fobs! There should be a fob for as many people are staying, or give a code that can be typed in. Same for the door to enter the unit. So many of the other units had the keyless entry, but this unit did not. It was such a hassle just getting in and out. Next, our condo was filthy. We spent the first night of our trip cleaning it. I don’t think anyone has been in to clean in months. We pulled so many food wrappers from under the beds and couch. It was disgusting. It is definitely time for a deep clean and remodel. We went with a bunch of family that rented their own condos. So I was able to see in 7 other units within the Tower and ours was definitely in the poorest condition. Also the pool closes at 7pm! And it’s not because of a lifeguard going off duty, there isn’t one there all day, just a kid to check your pool pass, which again we were not given enough of for all of us. Honestly, I am still so upset about our experience. It was nothing like our past stays.
